– 3 zamrznute banane
– 2 supene kašike sveže nane
– ½ kašičice kukurme u prahu
– ½ kašičice đumbira u prahu
– ¼ kašičice zrna vanile
– 1 supena kašika agavinog sirupa
– 2 šolje vode
– ¼ šolje bundevinog semena
– 1-2 šolje spanaća

Priprema:
